To repair our planet, we know that change needs to happen quickly and at scale. Finding and growing the solutions that will have transformative impacts is central to our mission.
Along with bespoke support for all Finalists from our Global Alliance, our online matchmaking platform, Launchpad, will connect even more investors and philanthropists to our portfolio, so that we can speed environmental solutions to an unprecedented scale.
So far, we have selected 45 Finalists and awarded 15 Winners, supporting each of them on their journey to scale. But we see thousands more incredibly promising solutions every year through our nominations process.
We want to do more. We want to catalyse funding on an even bigger scale, accelerating even more Earthshot innovators.
To achieve this, we have created Launchpad: an innovative online matchmaking platform that brings together a huge community of investors and philanthropists with the capital required to bring environmental solutions to scale.
Launchpad allows us to share the best solutions that have come through our robust nominations process. Each solution’s current funding needs are clearly detailed, allowing interested investors and philanthropists to browse and discover potential matches.
Initially unveiled during Earthshot Week 2023 in Singapore, the platform has already attracted 135 investors and philanthropists from around the world.
